Treatment Services
A personalised approach to mental health treatment
We support a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs with care that is both structured and compassionate. Every treatment plan is shaped around the person, not just the symptoms.
-
We provide mental health care across the lifespan, supporting children (age 10 and up) and adolescents and adults. While we treat all ages, we have a particular passion and experience in working with young persons. We remain deeply committed to youth mental health alongside comprehensive adult care.
-
We provide comprehensive mental assessment, therapy and psychiatric services tailored to the unique needs of the client and their families. Our work focuses on emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions and strengthening family systems. Beyond treatment, we emphasize psychoeducation, skill-building, and long- term resilience. Our goal is not just symptom reduction, but sustainable growth - helping individuals develop insight, coping skills, and confidence to navigate life beyond our sessions.
-
We treat a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, burnout, substance use, and challenges with focus or emotional regulation. We also support neurodevelopmental, academic, and social concerns in children and adolescents, as well as individuals seeking personal growth and healthier relationships.

Medication is prescribed only when clinically indicated, based on a thorough assessment of symptoms and diagnosis. Decisions are made collaboratively with the patient and, when appropriate, their family. As a medical doctor, the psychiatrist manages conditions through medical treatment when needed, while also recommending psychotherapy or other supports where these are the most effective approach.

Only a small number of medications, such as benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Valium), have the potential to be habit-forming. When discontinuing certain medications, a gradual taper over a few weeks is often recommended to allow the body to adjust safely. Most psychiatric medications do not produce the same neurochemical effects associated with addiction seen in substances like cocaine or alcohol, and can be used and stopped under medical guidance without leading to dependence.
